Shipping 

Delivery begins within 5-10 days after placing the order and is completed within 5-10 working days from the dispatch date using standard DHL shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. If products are to be delivered outside the European Union, the total price stated in the order, including indirect taxes, is exclusive of any customs duties and other taxes. The customer agrees to pay these if required, in addition to the order price, as mandated by the laws of the country of delivery. For more information on applicable duties or taxes in the customer's country of residence or the product destination, the customer is advised to consult relevant authorities. All additional costs, charges, taxes, and/or duties related to the products ordered under these conditions are the exclusive responsibility of the customer in the respective country of delivery, under any circumstances.
